Step by Step Renovation Process
- Contact Us: Call 715-839-9701 or stop by our showroom to set up an appointment with a representative from our sales and design team.
- Project Discussion Meeting: Our designer will sit down with you, discuss the project you have in mind, and assess all the necessary aspects of your project so a reliable estimate can be prepared. Please bring any measurements, drawings, and/or pictures that might assist the designer with understanding the full scope of your project. Come equipped with a list of any questions you may have about the potential project or about any specific types of products.
- Budget Proposal Meeting: Our designer will review with you the customized proposal that has been prepared for your project and will assist you with establishing a budget for your project. By the conclusion of this meeting you will be provided with a physical copy of the floorplan design and budget proposal to take with you. When you accept the budget proposal and pay the 8% retainer deposit a jobsite visit will be scheduled and the formal design process will commence.
- Jobsite Visit: Our designer will do a complete in-home analysis so the floor plan, dimensions, and any other aspects of your project can be finalized. Walkthroughs by subcontractors if needed will be done at this time. Any necessary adjustments are made to the design and the final quote is then submitted to you for confirmation.
- Construction Schedule Arranged: Once you accept the final proposal and a 50% deposit is made the construction schedule for your project is arranged. You will receive a copy of this schedule and will receive contact information for the project manager that will be overseeing all construction on your project so you always have someone to consult that is knowledgeable about your specific project.
- Construction in Progress: Once construction begins you will receive up-to-date notifications throughout the project from your project manager and/or designer on the status of the project. If there are ever any concerns throughout your project you can reach us at any time Monday through Friday between 9am and 5pm at our showroom by calling 715-839-9701.
- Final Punch List: When construction is substantially complete, a final walk through is done with you, the project manager, and the designer. This gives you the opportunity to inspect any and all work to ensure the project is completed to your satisfaction. It is our goal to exceed all of your expectations when your project is complete.
- Job Completion: When confirmation of substantial job completion is received, final payment is due and we thank you for your business.
